Today I outlined how I want to use this blog:

• Journal for short daily notes about learning and progress
• Projects for longer write-ups of software and hardware experiments
• An About page that explains who I am and what I’m working on

Next steps: publish the site somewhere and automate deployments from my Git repo.

Today I set up my new Hugo site using the Terminal theme on my Linux machine.

The main goals were:

• Install Hugo (extended)
• Create a new blog project
• Wire up the Terminal theme
• Prepare sections for journal entries and project updates

Everything is running locally, and I can already see the retro terminal styling on the homepage.
